No, it would not be appropriate to sign up for this
service until you have an annulment in hand. To do so would
be a trivialization of marriage. Until you have an annulment
in hand you should presume that you are still married in the
eyes of God. It’s true that most, as many as 90% of annulment
applications are granted, but sometimes they are not. What
happens to a couple who have proceeded to enter a courtship
and then found that one or the other could not get an annulment?
I urge you not to date until you actually have an annulment,
and not to date anyone else who is divorced and does not have
one. In fact, sometimes people refrain from getting an annulment
so that they can have an excuse not to marry.
